Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data from our Chat Horse app, please follow the instructions below.

⚠️ Important Notice:

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including chat history, preferences, and purchased quota, will be permanently deleted from our servers.

How to Request Account Deletion

  1. Open the Chat Horse app on your device
  2. Navigate to the Account Section (usually found in Settings or Profile)
  3. Find and copy your User ID (it will look like a long string of letters and numbers)
  4. Send us an email with the following information:
